Christina Polacek:
AUMENDO was founded in Berlin in 2006 by Christina Polacek with a primary focus on optimization, value visualization and improving companies' supporting functions. As the consulting group continued to see growth, she partnered with Lutz Klostermann in 2008, expanding the consultancy to further accommodate demand. Prior to the conception of AUMENDO, she oversaw the European region as Director of Consulting at Maturity Holding GmbH, whose core competency solely focused on benchmarking in the IT sector. Christina Polacek received an executive MBA at the University of Bradford and has worked more than 10 years in management consulting positions for prominent companies such as IBM.
Lutz Klostermann:
In 2008, Lutz Klostermann partnered with Christina Polacek to form what is now known today as AUMENDO Polacek, Klostermann & Partners with the core focus still intact. As Global Information Management Project Manager for Unilevers Corporate Center in London, he was responsible for numerous projects supporting human resources and IT outsourcing. He studied Business Information Systems and has worked 8 years in various consulting and management positions, e.g. IDS Scheer AG.
